To supply a roll-out programme of over 200 stores each year. The Co-operative Group chose SEV due to their proven track record in delivering multiple store roll-out programmes. The Co-op is to reposition its business as the ‘first choice for community pharmacy’ and needed a partner they could depend on. SEV were asked to follow the new design format of a contemporary, bright and uncluttered store that placed emphasis on providing an excellent customer service and placing the customer at the heart of their business.
